Payment Options

Mango Travel company is pleased to provide our customers with a convenient payment system. Please select from the following options of payment:

Payment for visa support and/or prepayment for the first night's accommodation (as a deposit) is to be made by credit card, Western Union or cash at the time of booking. The balance of the amount will be due in cash (Euro, US Dollars or Russian Roubles) at the time of check in.

Please, note that we do not accept any other credit cards except the mentioned below ones. Please, note that if you wish to pay by credit card, an additional transaction surcharge will be applied. There is a 3,5% bank transaction fee applied to all credit card charges.

Payment by CREDIT CARDS
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and AmEx by email. Please, be ready to supply us with the following credit card details:
Credit Card type
Credit card number
Credit card holder's name as it appears on the card
Credit card expiry date
CVV Code (3 last digits of the code on the signature field on back of card)

Payment via WESTERN UNION

If you prefer to pay for your apartment reservation and any other of the provided services by cash, we would be pleased to accept the payment. You can send us your cash payment via MoneyGram or Western Union. Please let us know if you choose this payment option and we will send you detailed instructions on how to organize your payment.
At the time of payment, please send us an email that includes the Master Control Number (MTCN), the exact amount sent, your full name and the location from where the funds have been sent.
